As some of you may know, I have recently written about the evidence provided by Richard D. Hall which clearly illustrates, in my view, that the Manchester Arena terrorist attack was a hoaxed false flag.
I have been promoting his work, and my own related articles, on Twitter—some call it ‘X’—in order to try to draw as much attention as possible to the evidence.
When I posted the following tweet the “Mutton Crew” descended in a bid to flatly deny and obfuscate the evidence. I suspect I and others on the thread have been reported to ‘X’ for numerous alleged rule infringements.
You can read the posted article at the Off-Guardian and engage in the healthy discussion there if you like.
In a previous Substack, discussing “recovered” conspiracy theorist Brent Lee, I touched upon the activities of the “Mutton Crew.” Brent Lee appears to be part of what can only be described as the Mutton Crew’s hybrid warfare operation.
NATO Review provides a reasonable explanation of hybrid warfare:
[. . .] the line between war and peace time is rendered obscure. [. . .] Hybrid warfare below the threshold of war or direct overt violence pays dividends despite being easier, cheaper, and less risky than kinetic operations. It is much more feasible to, let’s say, sponsor and fan disinformation in collaboration with non-state actors than it is to roll tanks into another country’s territory or scramble fighter jets into its airspace. The costs and risks are markedly less, but the damage is real. [. . .] What takes the centre stage here is the role of civilians: how they think and act in relation to the state. Contemporary digital and social media platforms allow hybrid actors to influence this to the detriment of the adversary state with considerable ease. [. . .] This translates into perilous erosion of the core values of coexistence, harmony, and pluralism in and amongst democratic societies as well as the decision-making capability of the political leaders. Ultimately, what hybrid threats undercut is trust. [. . .] It is for this reason that building trust must be deemed the key bulwark against hybrid threats, especially ones that are geared towards undermining democratic states and polities. [. . .] [P]eople must have confidence in the state organs for governments to ensure compliance with their decisions. [. . .] Building, re-building, and fortifying trust remains critical to creating durable resilience in the face of hybrid threats that acutely imperil the security at the state and societal levels. Trust-building within and across communities ought to be the linchpin of efforts to neutralise hybrid warfare and threats.
Being a NATO article, it is full of propaganda claiming only the baddies—namely the Russian government—resort to such dastardly deeds. While the Russian government does run hybrid warfare offensives, so does the UK government and, therefore, NATO.
The objective of the British Army’s 77th Brigade—a hybrid warfare brigade—is to “compete in the information domain.” It seeks to understand the “information environment” and conduct operations to “gain an advantage within it.” These online manoeuvres “support [its] military objectives.”
Like its NATO overseers, 77th Brigade claims it targets “adversarial states.” But we know that controlling UK public opinion is also one of its “military objectives.”
As reported by the Times and many other legacy media outlets, 77th Brigade actively monitored our social media accounts throughout the pseudopandemic and then dispatched its operatives to attack information that the UK government didn’t approve of:
Publicly available social media posts were scrutinised for accuracy and challenged if the Government felt information presented to the public was incorrect, inaccurate or deliberately misleading. [. . .] [An] Army whistleblower told the Mail on Sunday: “It is quite obvious that our activities resulted in the monitoring of the UK population ... monitoring the social media posts of ordinary, scared people”.
For NATO member states “trust-building” is one of their primary military objectives. Hybrid warfare is waged against us, by our own government, in order to ensure our “compliance.”
Few things could “erode” trust in the state more than the widespread realisation that the UK government, or elements within the UK government, orchestrate apparent terrorist atrocities in the UK. This almost certainly explains why Richard D. Hall is under attack by the entire UK legacy media and the UK High Court.
People often wonder why governments would conduct false flag operations. NATO ran what was collectively referred to as Operation Gladio throughout Europe for more than three decades to convince the public they faced a terror threat from the Soviet Union and its apparent proxies, such as the Red Brigade. In truth, Europeans were being slaughtered by their own governments, using far right terrorist proxies, in order to convince them to seek “protection” from the State. This was called the “strategy of tension.”
The purpose of domestic false flag terrorism is invariably to provide some sort of rationale for draconian State enforcement measures that the public would otherwise reject. In the case of Manchester, the so-called terrorist attack has been used to supposedly“justify” introduction of The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill (Martyn’s Law). Once enacted, this will see us scanned, monitored and surveilled by the State whenever we attend a major venue or event.
So we know what the State’s online “military objectives” are and we know how it wages hybrid war against us. In hybrid warfare there is no distinction between peace and war. The State views us as the enemy.
Enter the “Mutton Crew.”
The “Mutton Crew” are so called because they frequently have the Swaledale Mutton account—run by Graham Bottley--listed at the top of their follower list on the ‘X’ platform. This is extremely unusual.
The Twitter follower lists are typically organised in chronological order, with the most recent follower listed at the top. For example, after Citizen Journalist Bexy tweeted out that the thread I had started was under Mutton Crew attack, I followed Bexy’s account. As the most recent follower, my account was placed at the top of Bexy’s follower list.
This is standard practice for the ‘X’ algorithm. Not so in the case of the “Mutton Crew.”
I wrote the piece about Brent Lee in October 2023 and noted Swaledale Mutton was at the top of his follower list. If you review his account today, despite having gained hundreds of new followers in the intervening months, Swaledale Mutton remains at the top of Brent’s follower list.
This suggests these accounts are managed differently form standard accounts by Elon Musk’s platform. Perhaps the Swaledale Mutton follow it is a signal to other Mutton Crew accounts or perhaps it enables ‘X’ to identify who is part of the operation. Who knows, but evidently these accounts are not normal ‘X’ accounts and ‘X’ is aware of the Mutton Crew.
This is not an exhaustive list but, by way of example, the following accounts swarmed the thread about Richard D. Hall’s work and all have Swaledale Mutton listed at the top of their follower lists.

Mr_Magoo5

Many other similar accounts, such as stephan19573, behave in an almost identical fashion. They usually have Swaledale Mutton somewhere near the top of their follower list but not at the top. Whether they are officially part of the Mutton Crew’s hybrid warfare operation, or not, is hard to say. Perhaps they are just enthusiastic volunteers or wannabe Muttons.
As revealed by Dr Ah Kahn Syed (MD PhD), who was attacked on social media for questioning the pseudopandemic, the Mutton Crew swarmed her account and reported it en masse for spurious claimed rule infringements. The seeming intention being to see her account suspended or removed.
There is no clear, established link between the “Mutton Crew” and 77th brigade. As hybrid warfare operations are supposed to be covert, it is unlikely that any link would be acknowledged. We only know what 77th Brigade were up to during the pseudopandemic because there were numerous whistleblowers and a weight of evidence the legacy media could no longer hide.
That said, 77th Brigade was undoubtedly waging hybrid warfare against anyone who questioned State narratives, such as Dr Ah Khan Syed, by “challenging” any information the UK government didn’t like the look of or wished to deny. The Mutton Crew evidently were conducting such hybrid warfare against Dr Syed. So it is not unreasonable to suspect that the Mutton Crew are either 77th Brigade operatives or 77th proxies of some kind.
It should also be noted that we can’t be sure all of the Mutton Crew accounts have human beings behind them. Certainly Brent Lee’s does and probably a few others, but most could be bots for all I know. I haven’t looked into that yet. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
Mutton Crew tactics are pretty basic but effective nonetheless. Presumably, because Musk’s ‘X’ platform is complicit.
They try to provoke people into making aggressive and potentially abusive posts by first making the same kind of posts themselves. They then report anything they can vaguely construe as abusive or “hate speech.”
They seemingly favour memes for doling out unpleasantness. Perhaps because it avoids writing anything too damning. But they are also willing to be more direct on occasion.
They largely refuse to discuss any evidence presented to them. They use a logical fallacies, such as “appeal to emotion” to avoid discussing evidence wherever possible. If they do discuss the evidence they present ridiculous arguments and use deflection and other diversionary tactics to try to deny the implications of the evidence.
According to the official story, Ruth Murell had a bolt blown clean through her right leg by a bomb. She is seen in the John Barr footage—shot inside the City Room less than 4 minutes after the bomb—strolling around in high heels without even limping.
It is patently obvious that she had not suffered a major leg injury, that supposedly caused significant tissue damage and loss, when she was filmed by Barr. Her jeans weren’t even torn and she had no problem at all bringing her full weight to bear on her allegedly damaged leg.
Confronted with this evidence, if they engage at all, the arguments from the Muttons include claims that Ruth overcame her missing muscle tissue problem due to either shock and/or adrenaline or that the only phone footage showing the immediate aftermath of the Manchester Arena bombing simply isn’t evidence of anything at all.
As noted by Dr Ah Khan Syed, they then report the account or post they are targeting in an attempt to get the account removed or the post deleted. For example, The_Seeadler account seemingly notified its Mutton Crew collaborators that it had instigated the reporting process.
The Mutton Crew are obviously following the NATO hybrid warfare playbook. I don’t know, but I suspect any human Muttons are “non-state actors” roped in to “re-build” trust whenever it is threatened. The Mutton Crew swarm social media posts and try to get information wiped or accounts removed if they threaten to undermine trust in the State.
The evidence Richard D. Hall has reported threatens to “undercut trust.” For hybrid warriors this must be addressed as maintaining trust is the “the linchpin of efforts to neutralise hybrid warfare and threats.”
Whether we like it or not, we are in a war. “The costs and risks are markedly less” than fighting a kinetic war, “but the damage is real.”

Update 10/03/2024
To “his” credit The_Seeadler account has drawn something very interesting to my attention. It appears that Swaledale Mutton only appears at the top of his follower list when I look at it on ‘X’. This has enabled some of his followers to provide screenshots accusing me of lying.
He raised an interesting point:
That he appears at the top *for you* tells us something about what the Twitter algorithm wants you to see, but it doesn't tell you anything about the nature of my account. FFS.
On the contrary, It does tell us something about the nature of his account. But perhaps it also tells us something about the nature of my account and perhaps even more about how narratives are controlled on social media.
Why would the ‘X’ algorythm lead me to see Swaledale Mutton at the top of these accounts but not when viewed by other accounts, potentially including those I suspect of being in the Mutton Crew? Why do I only see this for accounts that use the same M’O’ to challenge the information I have posted? It seems there is something about The_Seeadler account interaction with mine, or vice versa, that is being manipulated.
While this indicates rigging of the algorithm, it does suggest that these accounts are not using prominent Swaledale Mutton following as any kind of signal. I possibly stand corrected.
So can I ask the X users among you, if you have the time, to help out with a bit of research. Could you please check what you see when you go to the follower lists of the accounts named in the article?
Please look at the “followers” not the “verified followers” or the “followers you know.” Could you please tell me in the comments what you see?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Amid numerous demands that I take down this post, because it apparently has no evidence in it, I need to be fair to The_Seeadler account and point out that he absolutely denies being linked in any way to 77th Brigade.
Because suspected Mutton Crew accounts are such a bunch of reasonable people who never use tactics like ad hominems or propaganda labels like “conspiracy theorist” to discredit the person, instead of discussing the evidence, at The_Seedler’s request, I have included the screenshot of his tweet below.
Who even knows if the "mutton crew" or swarn are AI bots...

Always remember that the government is your friend and that to invite trouble with the State (i.e. become an enemy of the State) is to put yourself in needless danger. Go along in all ways in order to get along. Live in the past — by at least one hundred and fifty years or five generations — by reading everything you can about it. Don’t worry about the psychopathic ruling class of the present. Entertain yourself with celebrity gossip. Pay attention only to unimportant stuff. Follow the fake news narratives religiously. The media is as much your friend as is the government and the State. Long live the king! {end snark}
