Incisive analysis & keen observations based on well-researched, documented and rationally assessed evidence. Compelling & damning. Looking forward to Part 3!
Excellent summary of events and I particularly appreciate the section where you discuss the definition of "terrorism" and how so-called international law applies it selectively. Glenn Diesen recently made the point that the system is undermined because states will have more loyalty to exclusive alliances rather than to the framework for international law.
You've sort of suggested this rhetorically of course, but it seems really evident that they used their intelligence about the impending attack to provide the pretext they'd always wanted to exterminate Gaza, which is simply their next step towards Eretz. Which is why they removed all their forces etc.
You can probably just picture the intelligence meeting where they discuss all these new warnings. They are all smiles because it's finally going to happen! All smiles and clinking glasses and devious thoughts about embellishing the entire Hamas attack with their usual atrocity propaganda. Perhaps we'll move some young, anti-Establishment ravers to the area to get caught up in it. We don't like them after all so we'll kill two birds with one sling stone there. How about we get some of our tanks to burn our own people alive, especially babies? Absolutely. Great fucking idea that one. Throw in some rapes for good measure.
Oh, and don't forget the two golden rules of our propaganda - 1/ we're always the victims, so we need to get everyone's sympathy so they'll psychologically believe everything we say, and 2/ make sure everyone who talks about it is forced to 'condemn Hamas' before they say anything else.
The failures on October 7 can be explained in one word: hubris.
Anyone who has spent any amount of time in Israel can attest to the sublime arrogance of Israelis. Way more special than any other people on this planet as they were chosen by hashem as his favorite, destined to be a light upon the lesser nations. However it was hamas, democratically elected in 2006 in a free and fair election, that has the total destruction of Israel and the genocide of every jew on earth written in their charter. The gazans knew what they were choosing as their representatives. The israelis in their arrogance didn't think the arabs of gaza were able to mount the massacre they did on October 7.
Hamas is proud that they were and proclaim they will try again and again. Israel knows that you can not live with these people as neighbours and has resolved to remove the arabs from Gaza. Fully justified as far as I am concerned. Funny how nobody outside of Israel is talking about the 50-some hostages, still being starved and tortured in Gaza.
I would say Israel's attack on Gaza is similar to terrorism but not quite. For me the dictionary definition of terrorists are the IRA. Killing of civilians to pressurise their government to make concessions. Israel are invading someone else's territory and doing a land grab which is more like a conventional invasion that sadly most major countries have done in their past. And I wouldn't even say the Hamas attack is terrorism as it has no political aim. It was organised mass murder.
I would argue the best definition of terrorism is unsanctioned statecraft.
This is because states use coercive violence to enforce order. When an unauthorised group attempts to usurp control from a group the speaker approves of it is terrorism.
Thus political dissidents can be arrested for terrorism and it is deemed justice. The victims are then called convicts or criminals.
But when unauthorised groups capture their political enemies they are called terrorists and the victims are hostages.
The assumption that these "ravers" were "unwanted" segment of the population and thus easier to sacrifice is not based in reality. Israeli society is highly tolerant to recreational drug use including psychedelics, whose use is pretty widespread. Many if not the majority of these ravers were ex soldiers including from combative units. These were not outcasts or subculture youth, these were an integral part of mainstream israeli society (which is tolerant to these types of people). I know what I'm taking about because I come from there. Not to say they weren't sacrificed - I seem to believe they were. But to portray them as some kind of subculture or counterculture rave community despised by mainstream israeli society is completely off the mark.
Trolls and bots are not welcome!

We mass murder millions of unborn babies, via contraceptive or later abortion.
Does this qualify as terrorism?
Some claim abortion is not murder.
Some claim eugenics is not murder either.
To terrorists murder is not murder either.
It is action justified somehow in the pursuit of higher goals.
I watched a congressional inquiry into civilian violence during the Vietnam war.
Three exemplary young men testified.
They said that violence against "the others" was rationalised and justified regardless.
When they left the conflict, they realised the truth of what they had been involved in.
Congress listened and did nothing as they usually do.
Taking effective action is not the function of congressional inquiries.
These young men's voices were heard but not heard.
Because their input was not aligned with the agenda of the big power players.
The current leader of Syria was a terrorist.
Until he changed into a suit.

The end product of a "deliberate mistake" is a false flag or scam.

Hell! Even the conspiracy theorists! Result!
You were able to articulate the truth about Israel in just a few paragraphs. They truly are terrorist's and pure evil.

I have always felt that terrorism is in the eyes of the beholder. Your analysis adds credence to my belief.
