Everything in 'lock step'....enables 'them' to say that other countries are 'on board' ( having been used as digital 'petrie dishes', and the UK shouldn't be left behind. I expect the barrage of government propaganda on digital ID is designed to make the public think there is an 'inevitability' about it..'just accept it plebs like you did for the covid plandemic with its (ridiculous) lockdowns, rules on Scotch eggs, 'distancing' etc. Mass peaceful non cooperation is one way forward. Ditch the smart phone for banking, health, travel. Keep those numbers ( anything connected to the government) on a dumb phone and smart phone for other stuff if necessary. Human beings have ingenuity....the wheel was invented, the telephone etc. It should not be beyond the wit of 'men' to degrade and undermine the 'interoperability'.
I'm very concerned about both Digital ID and the slide toward a cashless society. And of course a Digital ID is essential for the transition to a cashless society: the Mark of the Beast realized. Just look at how powerless we were with Smart Electric Meters, 5G, the Plandemic and now Smart Water Meters. Again the trend continues: globally and at the same time. The infrastructure for a global cashless society is already being built with the blessings of BIS, WEF, UN and other globalist NGOs. And the sudden escalation in censorship -- globally -- is but another sign they seek to "bum rush" this transition. So the question remains: will the people finally become organized enough to stop Digital ID, the censorship of Anti-Globalist views or the final nail in the coffin, a cashless society. I say "final nail in the coffin" because once there is a cashless society it is basically game over. How did Orwell put it: 'a boot stomping on your face forever.'
One thing that needs to happen is harsh scrutiny over Trumps Genius Act etc. He needs to understand that the working class cannot possibly sustain more devaluation, of our money, through inflation. Any further hardship must be internalized by the very wealthy. Sadly Trump has been talking about the advantages of a "weak dollar" which will basically make life even worse for the lower 95%.

I understand Digital ID as Identification of a living man as legal person without human interaction but only by computer means only. The infrastructure is ready globally. The only bit that is missing from entire Digital ID schema is individual consent for biometrics to use as identifiers. The consent is being collected by all possible methods and means. Online passport renew - the first one! The consent for digital image to be an identifier. The next important identifier is digitalised fingerprints. A lot of countries already collects fingerprints as the requirement for passports renew, although it declares as voluntarily - they make sure the pressure is there to feel it as "mandatory". EU collects EU citizens prints for a while now. EU is already fully ready for digital ID. America and other countries collects prints from travellers for a while too. Starting 12-Oct EU to start to demand Brittons to give their prints and image as requirements to cross the English Channel. This is EU digital ID for Brittons created on British soil (St. Pancras and Folkestone). It is like Waterloo never happen: foreign power collects British people data on British soil and no one bother!.
There is mantra all over social media: No to Digital ID. But what are practical steps to say NO! Who will listen this NO?
I have an opinion what each individual has to do to say NO to digital ID. Do not consent for biometric data to become identifiers. Always use physical documents to identify the person. If online service requires any biometrics for authentication – do not use it. If any physical institution demands biometrics as identifiers – do not use the institution. These steps may not save you in the long run, but if a lot of people do so – it will definitely delay the 2030 goals implementation.
Government has sold all of citizens to the global control already. It is up to each individual to reject the offer. And to stay outside digital identification domain.
